Tourism promotion movie from Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko!

“Mt. Fuji Calling” is an official tourism promotion movie produced by Fujikawaguchiko Town, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Through the eyes of Chinese students, it introduces you the scenic places around Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko area, and Japanese culture along with the simple story.

Story outline

Chinese students Li loves Mt.Fuji, which is called a female Fuji, and Lake Kawaguchiko.  She lives near Lake Kawaguchiko.  She visits various tourist spots around Kawaguchiko with her friend Liu.  Every time she takes photos of those places, she sends them to her boy friend Kou who lives in Shanghai.  As Kou sees the photos Li sends, he is gradually fascinated by the beauty of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko, and eventually he decided to come to Japan.  Li is happy seeing and spending time with Kou in Kawaguciko, but….

Filming Location

Mt. Fuji and various tourist spots around the Lake Kawaguchiko.  Natural landscapes of Lake Saiko, Lake Shojiko, Lake Motosuko, Aokigahara Jukai or the sea of trees, filmed from May to September.
